Palmetto Clean Energy (PaCE) will begin to search for renewable energy resources as soon as adequate funding is available. As our program grows in participants electing to support a cleaner South Carolina through contributions to the program, additional generation will be added.
A bidder proposal process will be launched when adequate funding is established. Now, producers may bid into the program either in response to a public solicitation for resources or to be added for consideration in a future bid proposal solicitation. PaCE is considering a limited number of small wind and solar applications. These generators must be rated 5 kW or less. To obtain a copy of the application click on the highlighted line below, print the application, complete and mail to the address at the bottom of the application:
